Dr. Stefan’s integrity and passion for COD students is obvious – she’s helped eliminate barriers to a higher education by providing free COD tuition to every high school graduate in the Coachella Valley, free public transportation for all COD students, and greater access to new COD campuses across the Coachella Valley, including the newly expanded COD campus in Indio.
